If you follow these simple tips, there’s no need to fear the summer heat! Nature has given us amazing ways to stay cool and refreshed.

Skip store-bought sandal creams — while they work, those with sinus issues should use them with caution.
Soak vetiver roots overnight and hang them — it naturally cools the air and keeps your home smelling fresh.
Boil tulsi and mint leaves, and drink the water daily — it cools your body from within.
🥥 Wondering how to stay hydrated? Tender coconut water is a great option — it helps digestion and keeps you cool. (If you have diabetes, kidney, or heart issues, please consult a doctor.)
🌞 Drink panagam — it’s a traditional summer drink that helps keep your body hydrated and cool.
🏠 To keep your house cool, paint your terrace white or install cool roof tiles — they really help during extreme heat!

An age-old tradition from our kitchens is slowly fading away—gingelly (sesame) oil, once a staple in our elders’ routines, especially during the Saturday oil bath ritual known as “Sani Neeradu”.

In this video, we explore the many benefits of gingelly oil, a powerhouse rich in antioxidants like polyphenols, phospholipids, oleic acid, linolenic acid, sesamin, sesamol, and triterpenes.

✨ Benefits of applying gingelly oil:
 • Acts as a protective layer and penetrates deep into the skin
 • Prevents dryness and oxidative stress
 • May reduce joint pain when applied regularly
 • Shown in animal studies to help prevent skin cancer
 • May offer protection against harmful UV rays
 • In Ayurveda, oil baths help reduce body heat and promote well-being

Rediscover this simple, powerful habit and consider making it part of your weekly self-care routine.

Gingelly Oil – Can It Help Prevent Cancer?
We often consume highly processed and refined ingredients without even realizing it. In this video, let’s explore one such ingredient — maltodextrin.

Maltodextrin is a white powder produced by cooking starch and then treating it with enzymes or acids. It’s commonly found in products labeled “no added sugar”, but don’t be misled — it has a very high glycemic index.

While regular sugar has a glycemic index of around 63–66, maltodextrin’s is a shocking 110, which means it can spike your blood sugar levels even faster than sugar. Long-term consumption of maltodextrin is linked to an increased risk of diabetes. Studies also suggest it can disrupt your gut bacteria, potentially triggering autoimmune disorders.

In addition, it may lead to digestive issues and weight gain.

Maltodextrin is hidden in a wide range of products — from chips, biscuits, soft drinks, soups, sauces, health supplements, and protein bars to even protein powders and baby foods.

Buying popcorn packets from the store and making them at home for your child? this video is for you.

Most branded popcorn packets usually contain just three ingredients:
 1. popping corn
 2. palmolein oil
 3. iodised salt

while popcorn itself is a healthy snack, the palm oil used in most commercial packs can be harmful when consumed frequently. over time, it can:
• raise ldl (bad) cholesterol, increasing the risk of heart disease
• contribute to weight gain and obesity
• release acrylamide (a potentially harmful chemical) when heated at high temperatures

looking for a healthier alternative?
buy plain corn kernels and pop them at home using groundnut oil or olive oil instead.

palm oil may have some benefits, but its overuse can lead to serious health concerns.

Yes, it’s possible—and in this video, we’re diving into how!

These 7 types of cancer can be effectively treated with radiation therapy alone, and with minimal side effects:
 1. skin cancer – early-stage squamous cell carcinoma (scc) and basal cell carcinoma (bcc) can be cured using only radiation.
 2. prostate cancer – just five days of high-dose radiation can effectively treat early-stage cases.
 3. cervical cancer – early stages can be managed and cured without surgery, using radiation alone.
 4. laryngeal cancer – early detection + radiation therapy = a strong chance of full recovery.
 5. lung cancer (early stage) – sbrt (stereotactic body radiation therapy) targets and cures early-stage lung cancer precisely.
 6. tonsil cancer (early stage) – radiation alone often does the job, no surgery needed.
 7. nasopharyngeal cancer (stage 1) – this one responds especially well to radiation with high cure rates.

What I’m about to share can help reduce your stress levels—if practiced regularly.

I’m talking about Pranayama, a powerful and ancient breathing technique.

There are many types of Pranayama, but here’s one of the most commonly practiced methods:
 1. Inhale through the left nostril
 2. Hold the breath
 3. Exhale through the right nostril

🕰️ Breathing ratio: 1:4:2
(Example: Inhale for 4 seconds → Hold for 16 seconds → Exhale for 8 seconds)

Practicing this simple technique 10 to 15 times a day can bring amazing health benefits like:
 • Significantly reduced stress and anxiety
 • Improved lung capacity
 • Relief for asthma
 • Better blood pressure regulation
 • Stronger heart health

🌿 Make Pranayama a part of your daily routine and take a big step toward a healthier, calmer life.
